With remote work becoming more of a thing I wish it were easier to find live/work friendly places for the family.  I’d pay y’all a 12 month lease to keep me housed around the world.

Every Google Map integration should be able to turn the map scale on because it's easy for me to understand maps & I'm not afraid to walk a little bit. But it's hard to know how much walking will be required to get to my rental without the scale.

Hosts would like a mix of compositions for each room, various wide, mid-range, and close-up photos, some horizontal and some vertical. Here’s when to use each composition type:

- Wide photos establish images, helping people understand the size of a room and everything it has to offer.

- Mid-range images work well from a straight-on perspective and not at an angle. This image helps guests get a sense of the main feature of the room.

- Close-up photos help illustrate the room's personality, such as books on a bedside table. When taking close-ups, pay extra attention to what’s in the frame: remember to fluff pillows, hide wires, and smooth sheets.

Get rid of the outrageous fees. Charge the hosts and not the renters. Enhance vetting of hosts and renters. Some of the hosts I encountered are scammers and will do anything to add a surcharge to your invoice. Get rid of your bots. Enhance customer service.

 I would like to be able to filter out all accommodations that are below a certain average review score. E.g, I would never stay at a place unless the score is above 4.5*. Having a filter like this would speed up my search a lot.

I found that modifying search filters could be more streamlined - it often takes several steps to adjust simple parameters like dates or number of guests.

The in-app messaging feature is very useful for communicating with hosts. However, I suggest introducing an in-app notification system to alert guests when they receive a new message.
